The rui collaborative process.
Most agencies hand you a portal and disappear. You get an update email every two weeks and a surprise fee at the end. That is not how we work at rui. We build with you, not for you. Here is what that looks like in practice:
Step 1:
We start with a meeting to understand your business, your goals, and your vision. We also work through your domain name together whether we use an existing domain or find a new one that fits your brand and budget. From there, rui creates a custom mockup of your homepage as our visual proposal for the entire look and feel of your site.
Step 2:
You review the homepage website design. If you love it, you submit payment to begin the full build. If it needs adjustment, we present a few more options until you are confident and excited about the direction, before any payments are made.
Step 3:
Once the website design is approved, rui builds out the full site in that style and launches it on your domain. After launch, you get a dedicated Polish Period to request content updates, swap text, update images, and fine-tune the details until everything is exactly right.
We do not present a final version and then charge you for changes. Revisions are part of the process. The goal is a site you are proud of, not a site we are proud of in our portfolio.
After launch: We do not disappear.
